Project Cost Control

Has built-in well-ordered set of Construction Cost Codes with corresponding descriptions. As you will see during system operation, the system simplifies the charging of costs (materials, labor, subcontractor, and overhead) to the appropriate project cost codes.

Has facility to migrate (import) your project BOQs (Bill of Quantities) with Cost/Phase Codes from your Excel file/s to the system database.

After migration of your project BOQs, the Project Cost Control module allows you to update your project BOQs' contract quantities, unit contract prices, unit material Costs, unit labor costs, budget material costs, budget labor costs, and cost/phase codes.

Links to Purchasing Module to control purchases of project pay items; Shows Budget Cost and Budget Cost Balance of the applicable Cost/Phase Codes for the project pay items in the Purchase Order (PO) being considered for approval.

Upon payment by your Accounting Department, the system posts/charges Actual Costs of Materials to appropriate Project Phase/Cost Codes.

Upon payment by your Accounting Department, the system posts/charges Actual Costs of Sub-contracts to appropriate Project Phase/Cost Codes.

Upon payment by your Accounting Department, the system posts/charges Actual Overhead Expenses to appropriate Project Phase/Cost Codes.

Has facility to import your Actual Project Labor Costs per Phase/Cost Code from your existing payroll and post them to the system to complete your Project Costs.

Displays/Prints Project Cost Control Report To Date that shows your Project Billed Accomplishment Budget Cost versus Actual Cost (with Cost Variance) per Project Phase/Cost Code; This report also shows costs summary as follows:

- Project Material Costs

- Project Labor Costs

- Project Sub-contractor Costs

- Project Overhead Costs

- Total Project Costs.
